BOOKING A SESSION

 

Booking a headshot session is easy and convenient online. Just chose the number of looks you want. Looks are clothing changes. Once you have chosen the number of looks you want, chose the date and time you want to book. You will receive a confirmation and an invoice in your email that can be paid securely online and is due upon receipt and can be paid by credit card. No checks.

RESCHEDULES AND CANCELLATIONS

 

Please call at least 72 hours before your session if you have to reschedule which gives us time to rebook your time slot. You can reschedule your session twice without forfeiting your session fee unless discussed with photographer. No shows and no calls forfeit their session fee, no exceptions. Non-Rescheduled cancellations forfeit their session fee. Whenever a session is booked and held, that is a time slot that could have been booked by another person. All sales are final. 

 

WHAT TO EXPECT?

 

Acting Headshot Sessions last about 45 minutes to 2.5 hours including clothing and styling changes depending on the number of looks you book.

 

WHAT TO WEAR?

​

You should bring at least 2 different outfits per look, mostly tops and jackets, for styling options. All clothing should be pressed and ready to wear. If you bring jersey cotton t-shirts, especially black ones, make sure to bring newly purchased ones. Worn jersey clothing does not photography well.  

 

WHAT ABOUT HAIR AND MAKEUP?

If you know how to do your own makeup, I always say that you should do it the same way you would for any audition. If you are not comfortable with doing your own makeup then we can book a makeup artist for you. The rate is $125 and can be added to your session. The fee must be paid with your deposit and goes to the makeup artist. Makeup adds 1 hour to your session and you should show up with a clean face. If you are not booking your makeup through the studio, you should show up with your hair and makeup ready to shoot. Men should come with a shaving kit if they want images with hair on their face as well as clean shaved.

HOW DO WE SHOOT IN STUDIO?

​

We shoot tethered to the computer so we will view the images as we shoot. We will shoot 50 to 75 images per look which we will narrow down to the best 40 to 60 images per look at the end of the session. The chosen images will be uploaded to your online gallery where you will be able to view and download medium resolution digital proofs within 24 to 48 hours after your session.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

​

High resolution images will be uploaded to your gallery. One retouch and typesetting included per look on PLUS Sessions. You will receive 3 versions of each retouched image included with your package, A full frame version, a  8x10 version, and a 8x10 version typeset with your name.
